Jigger Zack´s "Turtle Walk Cocktail"

2/3 oz lime juice
1/2 oz Falernum
1/3 oz Cherry Heering
1 bsp vermouth rosso
1 1/2 oz bourbon

Shake with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glas. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Usualy I prefer rum and gin cocktails, but I hope you appreciate my little whiskey experience.

Jigger Zack´s "Longmai"

1,5 oz gin
1/3 oz Chratreuse verte
2 bsp orgeat
4 mint sprigs
2 slices ginger
1 pinch pepper


Squeeze ginger and mint sprigs and shake everything with ice cubes. Double strain in a chilled cocktail glas. Garnish with ginger slice.

龍脈 (Longmai) is Chinese and means dragon vein and I think it describes well the spicy taste of this drink. 干杯 !

Jigger Zack´s "Roy Batty"

1,5 oz Tanqueray gin
2/3 oz Rose´s Lime Juice
2 bsp Blue Curacao
6 drops Pernod

Stirr with ice cubes and strain in a chilled cocktail glass.

This nice little Gimlet variation is dedicated to Rutger Hauer in Blade Runner. Watch his eyes during his philosophical monologue on the rooftop and you'll recognize the same gloss of steely blue.
