I changed my plans and preferred a different motive. This is the Tiki from the Polynesian Room, Naniloa Hotel, Hilo, Hawaii. I think Oli Niehoff did a great job, again.

Fresh Fruits Week

During our experementation on my new and as I think better "Tatu Lambe", Philipp, the Bäckerhof mastermind, had the great idea to take an apple for a cocktail recipe. So, he'd invented the "Koala Cooler", a very smooth drink for Ladies, or for Gentleman in their weak moments.
Remember - an apple a day keeps the doctor away!
